About Us
Shane Gibson, owner, has 25 years experience in the office supply industry of which 16 years was with Corporate Express/Staples.
Shane opened Northern Office Products in July, 2007 with a vision of offering customers the best prices, best local customer service and FREE next day delivery on their office supplies, office furniture, shipping supplies and, janitorial/breakroom supplies. We are able to offer the same quality products as the big box stores but with superior, personal customer service and product knowledge with over 75,000 items in our catalog.
Our product lines range from basic everyday office supplies, ink & toner (both OEM and Compatibles), janitorial/breakroom, office furniture (including filing cabinets, office chairs, complete office suite, medical office supplies and shipping/packaging supplies.
Our mission is to save our customers money by quoting against the big box stores’ prices. We will adjust our pricing if a customer finds something cheaper somewhere else and load that special pricing into their account for future orders. This is called “contract pricing” and it has helped over 500 local customers save money!
In February, 2008, Northern Office Products began meeting the special needs of printing companies by supplying specialty printing products. We work one on one with printers to supply them with the best products at the best price which enables them to pass the savings along to their customers.
In August, 2008, we acquired Office Furniture of Sedona in Sedona, AZ. Office Furniture of Sedona was in business over 13 years and was highly respected in the Northern Arizona territory. We now operate out of Prescott Valley, and deliver to all of Northern Arizona (as far North as Flagstaff all the way to Phoenix).
